February Art Saturdays at the FC Arts Council
Join Franklin County Arts Council Feb. 8 and Feb. 22 from 12 noon – 3 PM for Art Saturdays. Elementary Students on the 8th and Middle School Students on the 22nd. All materials provided. Cost - $5 per session. You can pay with PayPal when you register online or pay at the Galley on the Hill. Create a tile using permanent markers and alcohol.
