We invite you join us for our annual Lunch and Learn programs sponsored by: Vance-Granville Community College (Small Business Center), Franklin County Economic Development, Greater Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, YABA (Youngsville Area Business Association). Hearing from frustrated and irate customers is never a fun part of being an entrepreneur. But you need to know what upsets them so you can improve! How you respond to these customer experiences will determine whether the customer goes on to tell all his friends and family how terrible your business is or instead rave about your unmatched customer service.
