Our mission is to deliver quality, compassionate primary healthcare – every patient, every time – in response to the needs of our communities. Advance Community Health (ACH), formerly Wake Health Services, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit organization founded in 1972.
Offers
Pediatric Medicine
We provide medical care for children–babies to teens–at all of our locations. Our southeast Raleigh location offers both pediatric care and dental care for kids under one roof. We have board-certified pediatricians who believe in prevention and early intervention to keep kids healthy. We offer developmental screenings, parent education and connections to community resources.
Family Dental Center
Our Dental Center serves children ages 0-19 and provides adult dental care to registered patients. Our Dental Center is located at our southeast Raleigh location at 1011 Rock Quarry Road. We encourage parents to bring their children to see a dentist from the first tooth, by age one.
Senior Health Center
Rex Healthcare and Advance Community Health partnered to create a new home for the Rex Senior Health Center. The center provides enhanced care and expanded services for senior patients in southeast Raleigh and beyond. Dr. Leroy Darkes sees patients at the southeast Raleigh location.
