About Us

Hey there!

I’m Lacy Patton, a newlywed wedding and portrait photographer based out of Franklinton, North Carolina (the cutest small town outside of Raleigh!) I grew up in Georgia and moved to Boone, North Carolina to get my Commercial Photography degree from Appalachian State University. Along the way, I met my now-husband, Cody, taught him everything I know about photography and he is my dedicated second photographer at weddings and events!

I'm pretty sure that I have cried at every single wedding I've ever been to and I am so thankful that I get to be part of so many special days. The best part of each wedding day is right after the ceremony when all of the stress has melted away and you get to relax and enjoy each other as newlyweds. This is my favorite time to capture the raw emotion with all of the happy tears, laughs, and “Holy cow, we’re married!” moments.

From the first time we chat, my goal is to make your entire wedding process as stress-free as possible. Whether you need help finding vendors, (we know all of the bests ones!) picking an outfit for your engagement photos, or just need someone to talk to about the whole planning process, I’m only a quick text away! We truly aspire to be more than just another vendor, and the best feeling is making lasting friendships with all of our couples.
